New Zealand Customers

• New Zealand orders will incur a flat-rate "NZ Shipping" fee of AU$49.99
  • If you spend AU$149 or more then AU$14.99 will be credited against this fee. So your shipping fee would only be AU$35
  • Please allow approx. 5-business days for delivery.

• All sales are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD)

• Australian GST (10%) will be removed from all product pricing when you change the shipping location to "New Zealand".
  • Basically an automatic 10% discount.
  • Use the SHIPPING CALCULATOR in the shopping cart to change your location.

• Your payment provider may charge you an Overseas Transaction Fee. 

• New Zealand Customs will charge you Duty & GST if your order is over NZ$1,000 (approx. AU$900)
  • The customer is responsible for managing all NZ costs and processes for the import of thier order.

WARRANTY / CUSTOMER SERVICE RETURNS
All warranty or customer service returns will be managed by our NZ Service Centre. Please contact us on +61 73077-8889 or customerservice@outdoortactical.com.au to request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) to start the returns process.
