This plate carrier is the most versatile one I have purchased great for CrossFit, airsoft/gel blasting or for the more serious person military, law enforcement and security. It has plenty of different layouts and plenty of accessories to add and compared to other brands(not cheap eBay knock off) this in one of the most comfortable and breathable on I have ever used.
